SuanZu ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our platform.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

Email address, display name, and OAuth profile data (when using Google, GitHub, or X login).

1.2 Financial Information

Cryptocurrency wallet addresses (for deposits and withdrawals), transaction hashes, and billing records.

1.3 Device Information (Hosts)

Hardware specifications (GPU/CPU model, RAM, storage, network), performance metrics, utilization data, and system status reported by the Agent software.

1.4 Usage Data

Rental history, instance usage patterns, login times, IP addresses, browser/device information, and interaction with Platform features.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: operate and maintain the Platform; process payments and transactions; match Renters with suitable computing resources; provide customer support; detect and prevent fraud; generate aggregated, anonymized analytics to improve our services; send important account notifications.

3. Rental Privacy & Isolation

During active rentals, the Platform enforces strict isolation between Hosts and Renters. Hosts CANNOT: access Renter containers or data; view running processes, logs, or output; inspect network traffic; read or modify stored files.

This isolation is enforced at the OS level by our Agent software using container namespaces, cgroups, and encrypted SSH tunnels. Renters connect to instances exclusively through our secure relay infrastructure.

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties.

We may share information with: law enforcement when required by law; service providers who assist in Platform operations (under strict confidentiality agreements); other users only to the extent necessary for rental transactions (e.g., Host sees Renter's username, not email).

5. Data Retention

  • Account data: retained for the lifetime of your account.
  • Transaction and billing records: retained permanently for financial compliance.
  • Detailed usage metrics: 7 days. Aggregated metrics: 90 days. Daily summaries: permanent.
  • After account deletion: personal data is removed within 30 days; anonymized transaction records are retained as required by law.

6. Security Measures

We employ: AES-256-GCM encryption for data in transit; container-level isolation for rental resources; SSH tunnel encryption for all remote access; two-factor authentication (TOTP) for sensitive operations; regular security audits and penetration testing; encrypted database backups with geographic redundancy.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies only for authentication and session management. We do NOT use third-party tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics trackers.

The Platform is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that may store data locally for offline functionality. This data is limited to user preferences and cached UI assets.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your account and personal data; export your data in a machine-readable format; withdraw consent for optional data processing. 9. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email and in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
